Dr. Jennifer Gochanour
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Owner
Dr. Jennifer Gochanour has been in the company of animals her entire life, growing up on a farm in Falcon, Colorado. Wanting to be an 'animal doc' since she was 3, she graduated from Colorado State University, College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2001. Since then she has been practicing veterinary medicine on the I-70 corridor. Her specialties include equine medicine and small animal internal medicine and surgery. Dr. Gochanour is also a certified animal chiropractor. In August of 2011, she completed her training and passed the board exams for the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. While off duty she loves spending time with her family, gardening and enjoying our beautiful Colorado outdoors. Dr. Gochanour is a wife, mother, grandmother, and current owner of 3 dogs, 2 cats, and her ;snake, ferret, dog and cat 'grandpets' . You can also catch Dr. Gochanour on the national television channel, Animal Planet, where she appeared in several episodes of the show 'Hanging with the Henderson's'.
Brittany Lopez
Hospital Manager
Brittany has worked in veterinary medicine for nearly six years, combining her passion for animals with her commitment to serving her community. After briefly studying political science at the University of Texas with the goal of public service, she discovered that caring for pets and supporting their families was the most meaningful way to make a difference using her skills in administration, financial analysis, and leadership. A Colorado resident since 2022, Brittany is passionate about serving her local community through compassionate, accessible veterinary care.At home, Brittany shares her life with two dogs- Moon Pie, a Great Pyrenees mix, and Bruno, a Great Dane mix, as well as Baby, her cat who rules the household with an iron paw. Outside of work, she enjoys singing karaoke with her husband, thrifting as a sustainable hobby, biking on her Fuji along Denver’s trails, and attending live music events to recharge after a busy week.
Dr. Lydia Ebel
Associate veterinarian
Dr. Lydia Ebel is a proud new Colorado resident! Originally from South Carolina, she attended veterinary school at the University of Georgia. Dr. Ebel fell in love with Colorado during her undergraduate years, and is very excited to explore this beautiful state and serve her new community. She enjoys working with animals of all shapes and sizes and is looking forward to getting to know and grow with the lovely patients and clients of Living Springs Veterinary Care!Outside of work, Dr. Ebel can be found on outdoor adventures with her fiancé, running with her spunky mutt, Sweet Potato, and spending time with her family’s horses.
Emily Marsella, RVT
Registered Veterinary Technician
Emily is a Registered Veterinary Technician dedicated to delivering excellent care for animals. A graduate of Bel Rea Animal Institute, she focuses on detail oriented treatment and strives to create a positive and memorable experience for both pets and their owners.Outside of her work with patients, Emily enjoys spending time with her two German Shepherds, Diesel and Eva, as well as her daughter, Lillia, who brings energy, joy, and love to her daily life. She is committed to providing gentle and compassionate care, with the goal of making every visit as comfortable and stress free as possible.
Dr. Joanne Bigbee
Associate veterinarian
Dr. Joanne Bigbee is a 2006 graduate of Michigan State University with a passion for building lasting connections with clients and their pets. She loves getting to know the unique personalities of both dogs and cats, and is especially inspired by the bond between people and their animals. At home, she shares life with her three beloved pets: Little Foot, John Cougar Mellencat, and Cat Benetar.Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through boxing and kickboxing, as well as winding down with crochet—though never all at once.
Kelbie Newell
Veterinary Assistant
Kelbie grew up right here on the plains of Bennett Colorado. She has lived in a few places since graduating, but has recently moved back to Bennett. Kelbie has enjoyed a career in the veterinary field for over 20 years, working in emergency medicine and general practice. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her extended family. ;  ; ;

Payton Davis

Payton’s passion for animals began early, starting with a hedgehog and a rescued puppy mill dog who became her very first grooming client (complete with a memorable matching mohawk!). A graduate of ;Bennett, she started working at a doggy daycare in high school, where her love for grooming grew. She has experience working with breeds like ;Afghan Hounds and ;Greyhounds, and especially enjoys building connections with both pets and their owners.Outside of work, Payton stays active with her dogs, Akira and Dakota, and enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with her cats, Atlas and Apollo 11, and her hedgehog, Princess Tiger Lilly the First.
Rubi Banuelos
Customer Service Representative
Rubi Banuelos is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, and has lived in Bennett, Colorado for the past decade. From a young age, she was raised around animals, especially horses, which sparked her lifelong passion for animal care.Rubi is currently a pre-veterinary student at MSU Denver and plans to attend Colorado State University to pursue her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. Her goal is to build a career dedicated to caring for animals of all breeds and sizes.Outside of work and school, Rubi enjoys team roping and expressing her creativity through painting, often focusing on horses. She is the proud owner of a palomino stud named Guero and a Border Collie puppy named Peach, who keep her busy and inspired every day.
Sarah James

Sarah was born and raised in Colorado and enjoys the warmer seasons so she can be out in her garden. Sarah loves gardening so much that she brought her garden inside during the cooler months with her ivies and succulents. Sarah shares her home with 2 dogs. Graffiti is a 2 year old cocker spaniel and Mercy is a rescued 4 month shepherd mix. Sarah enjoys helping her community and volunteered her time in Paradise, CA with relief efforts including meals, laundry service and temporary housing for those affected. Sarah is excited to meet you and your fur family members at our Pet Spa!
Shannon St. Antoine
Lead CSR/Receptionist
Shannon had a love for animals for as long as she can remember. Growing up she had all types of pets: dogs and cats, ducks, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, horses, cows, llamas and one ornery goat. Shannon is a Colorado native, she was a member of the Westernaires and active in the 4H community. Today, she competes in dog sports like obedience, rally, barn hunt, conformation, and FastCAT, but running agility with her dogs is her true passion. She's been training and competing in agility for over 15 years. She has lived in Bennett since 2002 with her husband and her son, and she currently cares for two Boston Terriers, a deaf and partially blind pitbull, a cats and three horses. She has always wanted to work with animals, and feels like now is the time to make her dream a reality.
Stacey Kramer, RVT
Registered Veterinary Technician
Stacey grew up in Colorado but went to university in Tennessee where she received a bachelor's degree in English. Immediately after graduation she decided to pursue her first love; animals. She went to Pima Medical Institute for a Veterinary Technician Associates of Science degree and has been in the veterinary field for 7 years. She has a special interest in animal psychology and behavior as well as encouraging and protecting the human/animal bond. When she isn't at work she is spending time with her pets or making reptile themed jewelry. ;
Vanessa Langley, PVT
Inventory Manager/Provisional Veterinary Technician
Vanessa is originally from Utah and has always had a love for animals, especially horses. She grew up spending summers on her grandparents llama farm in Central Utah, helping with the day to day, riding horses and catching snakes. After graduating high school she moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and spent 3 summers as a horseback trail guide in Bridget-Teton National Forest. During the off season she attended Central Wyoming College in Riverton, Wyoming to receive her AAS in Equine Management and AS in Equine Science. There she met her future husband, who just happened to be her farrier. After graduating college, they spent the next 10 years moving from North Dakota, Ohio, Utah and eventually back to Colorado chasing the oilfield. They eventually landed in Wiggins where they live with their 3 beautiful children, 4 dogs, 3 horses, 2 goats, a cat, a rabbit and a menagerie of chickens, ducks, and turkeys. Vanessa is currently going to school to get certified as a Veterinary Assistant. On her off time she loves photography, training horses, barrel racing, hunting, hiking, fishing, and just spending time with her family outdoors. Vanessa is so excited to be joining the Living Springs team and can’t wait to meet you!
